Sandra Ponce shares a Peruvian tradition. Tender melt-in-your-mouth cookies sandwich Manjar Blanco filling, her mom’s recipe for luscious, silky, slow-cooked Dulce de Leche.
- Drinking Chocolate by Pollinator Chocolate
Small batch milk chocolate and single-origin dark chocolate made from bean to bar by Mark Burrows, a local epicurean, father and beekeeper. (gf)
- Fleur de Sal by Too Haute Cowgirls
Small batch non-GMO popcorn tossed with toasted nuts then drenched with butter toffee caramel. A Roaring Fork Valley brand founded to celebrate strong women. (gf)
- Hot Chocolate Bombs by Aspen Youth Center
Hot chocolate bombs made by kids in AYC’s after-school cooking class. A portion of Valentines Sampler Box sales will support this free program. (gf)
- Chocolate Caramel Almond Clusters
Sarah Neibler’s organic chocolate, caramel, and almond clusters are one of many signature confections and pastries offered by this Glenwood Springs baker. Specialties range from gluten-free and traditional wedding cakes to take-home holiday menus. (gf)
- Cocoatree Chocolates
Part of the fun with this line of handmade, hand-painted chocolates is guessing what the brilliant swirls of color indicate about the outrageous filling inside. Is it Banana Bread? Raspberry Cardamom? Or Sesame Ginger? (gf)
